⚠️ Before You Begin:
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to modify team information. Gather all required details:

  • Team name

  • Division

  • Location

  • Captain and assistant contact info

  • Full player roster

📝 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Teams Tab

  • From the main menu, click the ‘Teams’ button.

  • This opens the Team Management Interface.

💡 Tip: This is where you can view, edit, or add team details.

Step 2: Enter Team Information

  • In the ‘Info’ section, input:

    • Team Name

    • Division

    • Location

    • Registration details

    • Roster size

✅ Double-check for accuracy to ensure clean data entry.

Step 3: Add Captain and Assistant Details

  • Enter the Captain’s and Assistant’s:

    • Full names

    • Email addresses

    • Phone numbers

📌 Accurate contact info is essential for league communication.

Step 4: Add Player Names

  • In the Player List section, type in the full names of all players (they can also be copied fro the Registraiton form).

  • Ensure names match official registration records.

✏️ Correct spelling helps maintain accurate records.

Step 5: Calculate and Save

  • Click the ‘Calculate’ button to update:

    • Team fees

    • Registration status

  • Then click ‘Save’ to finalize the team entry.

⚠️ Review all data before saving to avoid errors in fees or registration.
